Sol Villas Spain is an established company based in Mijas Costa on the Costa del Sol, specializing in sales, holiday rentals, long term rentals and property and community management.
As a company we have between us 10 years experience with one of Europe’s largest Tour operators, 8 years experience of long term rentals on the coast line and over 40 years experience in sales and business management.
Our Director John Brown ensures the smooth running of the business and is constantly looking at areas to build and grow the business here on the Costa del Sol, whilst still being on hand to assist potential buyers, renters and customers.
Our Sales Directors are always on hand to give advice about buying property here on the coast, and with our extensive portfolio of over 5000 properties, we are sure we can find your dream home in the Sun! But our service doesn’t end there – we can assist you with finding mortgages and a fully qualified lawyer to ensure that your path is smooth from the moment you decide to buy, to actually moving in!
Jenny Szucs is our office manager and also looks after our holiday rentals portfolio; she is here to make sure we can assist you in choosing your perfect holiday on the coast as well as giving peace of mind to our owners. She ensures that our website is constantly updated so that you don’t waste time looking at rentals that have already been rented.
We also have a team of property and listing coordinators who look after our long term rentals portfolio and if we don’t have the property to suit you, we will do our best to find you one that does.
We have individual properties all along the Costa del Sol from Torremolinos through to Estepona, as well as new developments of up to 180 apartments of various types, and we are constantly looking for more holiday and residential homes to add to our extensive and exclusive portfolio.
As we are generally a web based company, we use various different methods of promoting our properties from our own highly Google ranked website, to specific websites and web based portals aimed at the UK and European markets for all sections of our business.
We have our own in house property management team with which we aim to provide the highest service possible for all of our clients whether they are owners, tenants or holiday makers. We pride ourselves on achieving this standard, whilst also ensuring that our tenants pay and our clients are paid on time.
