Nueva Andalucia occupies an ideal location just a few minutes from the glitz and glamour of historic Marbella and lively Puerto Banus, close to the natural beauty of the Sierra de Ronda and Sierra Blanca mountain ranges and San Pedro de Alacantara which is an unspoilt pueblo village just a ten minute drive away.

Nueva Andalucia is an attractive area just behind Puerto Banus to the west of Marbella. As its name suggests, the villas, apartments and townhouses here are based on traditional Andalucian architecture and design with whitewashed buildings and red tiled roofs.

To the north of the prestigious Puerto Banus and its marina, El Corte Ingles and within the boundaries of "Golf Valley", Nueva Andalucia is one of the most exclusive and sought after residential areas on the Costa del Sol. It has received massive amounts of investment in recent years and has a superb infrastructure with excellent amenities.

Like so many areas in Costa del Sol, Golf plays a big part of the culture, and known to many as "Golf Valley", Nueva Andalucia boasts several courses, among them, the popular greens and fairways at La Quinta, Las Brisas, Aloha Golf course, a natural golf course, each of the 18 holes never like the other, and Los Naranjos which World famous golf course architect Robert Trent Jones Sr. considers to be one of his finest European design.

There is a bullring at the entrance to Nueva Andalucia which is no longer active and is due to undergo development to become a luxurious shopping complex and theatre. There is a gymnasium in the town centre, a number of tennis and paddle tennis courts and several championship golf courses can be found in the immediate vicinity.

Nueva Andalucia has several international schools, including Aloha College which is an independent, co-educational day school for pupils aged between 3-18. It has an excellent reputation and provides an international education for pupils of 38 different nationalities.
