Property Management
At Sol Villas we offer a comprehensive Property Management Service which involves thorough weekly property inspections. Each inspection includes the following:
General Inspection - to ensure there is no evidence of deterioration that could lead to problems with the property. If there is any damage, repairs will be made immediately in accordance with agreements with the owner of the property. The property is also checked for pest infestation.
Odour Control - the property is aired, plumbing is flushed and plants are watered.
Security Check - All gates, doors and windows are inspected to ensure that they are secure and no attempt has been made to illegally enter the property.
Swimming Pool and Garden Inspection - to ensure that maintenance contracts are being carried out properly.
Utilities and Services Check - to ensure that all utilities and services (electricity, water, telephone, burglar alarm etc.) are functioning correctly.
Additional Requirements - Other services may be undertaken during the weekly survey as requested by the client. These services may be charged in addition to the agreed Management Fee subject to the amount of work involved.
