Holiday Rentals Terms And Conditions

1. Usage of the web site

Use of the web site www.solvillaspain.com is limited to your own private use and may not be used for commercial exploitation. You have no rights to make copies of any parts of the page, change it or create a page based on it without the express permission of Sol Villas. We reserve the right to make changes to the website at any time we consider to be necessary. Information provided can be dependant on a 3rd party, and whilst Sol Villas tries to ensure that all information is correct, we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes.

2. Reservations / Bookings

SOL Villas accepts requests and reservations through telephone calls, faxes and e-mails. All confirmations will be made via e-mail or fax. Once a deposit has been received, the customer then agrees to enter into a contract according to the conditions outlined here-in, and will henceforth be referred to as the client. The client must verify within 3 days to SOL Villas that all the dates and information supplied is correct, or of any possible changes. Failure to do so within this period of time means that the client has accepted the booking as stated. The correction of mistakes due to typing or calculation errors is reserved. The availability of our accommodation is updated as much as possible every day from Monday through to Friday. We therefore ask you to always confirm the availability through one of our staff members.

3. Rates

All of our prices are quoted in euros (€) and SOL Villas will always confirm a full price as well as a breakdown before booking. The said amount quoted does not include transfers to and from the airport and any extras requested such as pool heating, cots and highchairs and welcome packs.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation:

Cancellation charges depend upon the amount of notice that SOL Villas are given. All cancellations must be made in writing by either e-mail or fax. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 Spanish time (GMT+1) We are not open on Spanish bank holidays, so any cancellations received on these days will be considered received on the next working day.

Cancellation Policy:

This is the cancellation policy for all properties unless specifically stated in the description of the property itself. In such cases the cancellation policy for the specific property reserved will be applied.

We recommend that you obtain insurance that will provide you with cover should you need to cancel your travel plans.

Change Policy:

Any changes in reservation made by the client may be subject to an administration charge of 20€ plus any other costs incurred, and must be communicated to SOL Villas outside of 30 days of the holiday start date. Should SOL Villas not receive the administration, and any other applicable charges quoted in advance of the said 30 days, or other agreed days, we will be obliged to cancel the reservation for failure to comply with the Terms and conditions outlined here.

5. Force Majeur

The tenant is not freed from the responsibility of payment due to personal circumstances or force majeur such as war, strikes or natural catastrophes.

6. Check in / Check out Accommodation

You will be sent driving instructions, the address and key instructions prior to your arrival. Check in is from 16.00 unless otherwise agreed by Sol Villas. Check out is 10.00 unless otherwise agreed by Sol Villas. There will be no change of the rental price if departure is before the 10.00 stated, however if the property is not vacated at the agreed time, a charge may be incurred and taken off the damage deposit paid. It is not allowed to stay in the accommodation with other persons than those named on the booking form unless otherwise agreed with SOL Villas previously. If there is more than the agreed number of persons on the booking form staying at the accommodation, the landlord and SOL Villas reserve the right to ask you to vacate the property immediately with no refund of any monies paid.

7. Security deposit

A security deposit of 200€ will be asked for each property. This will be refunded (subject to damage) within 2 weeks of the end date of your holiday.

8. During the stay

Please treat the accommodation with care, you will be held responsible for any damage that is done to the accommodation, whether by yourselves or a 3rd party that you have invited in. Please respect the rules of the accommodation, and if applicable, the rules of the community. Please ensure that you are not wasteful in the accommodation and not leaving water to run or air conditioning on when not in the accommodation.

9. Domestic animals

Pets are not permitted in any of our accommodation unless otherwise agreed. In some instances, guide dogs may be given special permission form the owners or Sol Villas Spain. Please enquire before booking.

10. Descriptions of accommodation

SOL Villas does its best to ensure that all information is kept up to date, however some characteristics and furniture may change over periods that we are not made aware of. SOL Villas cannot be held liable for this change.

11. Claims Accommodation

If you as the client find that there is something wrong in the accommodation, you must inform SOL Villas straight away. Failure to do so may result in a loss of rights to claim compensation. SOL Villas will do their best to rectify the problem or provide an alternative.

12. Responsibility

SOL Villas acts as an agent for private accommodation owners. Therefore SOL Villas can never be responsible for delays, accidents, losses, changes of schedules and rates, damages, etc. (neither for persons nor for objects),that may occur in any of its suppliers services.
